THE EVENT:
Looking for a fun and challenging Winter adventure? The Muskegon Winter Sports Complex along with Endurance Sports will be hosting the fourth annual 5K/10K Snowshoe run. New this year is our teaming up with the Winter Sports Fest. What this means is all participants 18 years and under will be participating as part of the Winter Sports Fest, competing for the most coveted of all awards, the Winter Sports Fest medals. This event starts at 10:00 am and is open to the whole family.
THE COURSE:
The 5K course is fun and challenging, and will take participants through forests and dunes located in the Muskegon State Park with several breathtaking views of Lake Michigan. This is not a flat course, you will be directed up some dune areas where your heart rate will be tested.
AWARDS:
Winter Sport Fest Medals will be awarded to the top three athlete in each age group. Every athlete regardless of place will receive a finishers ribbon.
AGE GROUPS:
6 and under, 7-10, 11-15, 16-18.
POST RACE ACTIVITIES:
After you finish your epic event stick around for some great post race food and refreshments.
COST:
$15 includes Winter Sports Fest shirt,
finisher ribbon and post race food.
$20 for all entries received after 1/31/2010.

Early registration packet pick up and late registration starts at 8:30 am until 9:30 am @ The Muskegon Winter Sports Complex
STATE PARK:
This event is held in the Muskegon State Park and a state park sticker is required.
